Zen Unscramble is a family word game, and we treat your data the way we treat our word list: carefully, and with children in mind. This page explains — plainly — what the game stores and what it never does.

What stays on your device

• Your game progress: solved words, streaks, coins, XP, settings and themes.
• Everything needed to play solo realms works fully offline. No account is required to play.

What we store if you create an account

Creating an account is optional. If you do, we store:

• Your username — the name you choose, shown on leaderboards.
• Your sign-in identity — if you use Google Sign-In, we receive the basic account identifier needed to sign you in. We never see your password.
• Your game progress — synced to the cloud so you can continue on a new device.
• Leaderboard entries — your username, points and player level (shown as a rank badge), visible to other players.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't show interest-based advertising to children.
• We don't ask for your real name, photos, contacts or location.
• We don't let other players message you — there is no open chat.

Children

Zen Unscramble is built for family play. Every answer word, meaning and image in the game is reviewed against a strict kid-safe rule. We collect the minimum data needed to run the game, and a child can play the full solo experience with no account at all. If you believe a child has created an account with information they shouldn't have shared, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Deleting your data

You can remove your account and everything tied to it at any time — see Delete Account. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored progress from your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and meaningful changes will be announced in the app.
