Leaving the realm is as easy as entering it, and nothing lingers behind. Here's how.

How to request deletion

• Email support@zenunscramble.com with the subject "Delete my account".
• Include the username you play under, so we can find the right account.
• If you signed in with Google, send the request from that same Google email address — that's how we verify it's really you, without asking for anything extra.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• Your username and all leaderboard entries.
• Your cloud-synced game progress.

Deletion is completed within 30 days and cannot be undone — streaks, ranks and coins are gone for good, so be sure.

What you can do yourself, right now

• Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored progress from your device.
• Playing without an account? There's nothing on our side to delete at all.
